Why This Matters
Anthropic includes Tenet among the companies it trusts to help enterprises deploy Claude securely at scale, and to protect Claude products broadly once they are in production. This update is Tenet extending that coverage into product capability: discovery, auditing, and runtime defense that follows Claude wherever it runs inside the organization.
New Native Capabilities
Tenet Security is now part of the Claude Partner Network. Alongside that, Tenet is extending its runtime protection to cover the full Claude agent surface, not just individual coding agents. This is a set of updates for security teams already running Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or Claude-based agents in production.
Discovery
Across Claude Agents, Users, and Configurations
Tenet’s discovery layer now maps Claude specifically: every agent built on Claude, every user account interacting with it, and every configuration in place, alongside the hardening steps needed to close what discovery finds. This extends Tenet’s existing agent discovery, which already covers coding agents like Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot, and cloud agents on Azure Foundry and Bedrock.
Full Session Auditing, Detection and Response
Every Claude session Tenet sees gets reconstructed in full: identity, tool calls, data accessed, and intent. That reconstruction feeds directly into detection and response for Claude-based agents specifically.
Inference Hooks Integration (Beta)
Tenet is introducing inference hooks for Claude, now available in beta. Teams already running Claude in production can request beta access.
Extended Runtime Protection
Tenet’s runtime protection already covers Claude as a coding agent. This extends it across the broader Anthropic ecosystem, covering misbehavior detection and protection against external attacks aimed at Claude agents specifically.
Meaning for Security Teams
This is the same lightweight runtime sensor Tenet already runs, no gateways, no proxies, no SDKs, now extended across the Claude surface.
